1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "39pkr", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 39pkr online gaming platform accessible at https://39pkr.com.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 39pkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 39pkr platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your 39pkr player wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit amount credited to your account under an active 39pkr promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedure required by 39pkr prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required under the platform's compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law and from which access to the 39pkr platform is restricted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 39pkr platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the 39pkr Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 39pkr. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 39pkr platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements being met at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to register accounts on the 39pkr platform.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to using 39pkr.
5. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of 39pkr, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 39pkr platform or had your account closed for a terms violation.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 39pkr platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 39pkr of unauthorised access without delay.
• 39pkr will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any such communication, report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Account sharing with any third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 39pkr requires completion of the KYC process. You may be asked to provide a valid CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification documents.

5 Deposits & Payments

39pkr accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to use the USDT TRC20 option, in which case the PKR equivalent at the prevailing conversion rate will be credited to your wallet.

Deposits are generally credited to your 39pkr wallet in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. 39pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits are subject to change at 39pkr's discretion.
• 39pkr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Review your provider's fee schedule before depositing.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support promptly if you believe a deposit has been made in error.
• 39pkr reserves the right to decline or return any deposit where, in our reasonable assessment, the deposit is suspected to be connected to unlawful activity or breach of these terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 39pkr account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and confirmed. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests.

1. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 39pkr may request additional verification to process withdrawals to alternative methods.
2. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 2 business days from the date the request is approved. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable banking procedures.
3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account and may be updated periodically.
4. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus-related winnings.
5. 39pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. You may be asked to provide additional documentation in such cases before the withdrawal is approved.
6. Withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms will be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

39pkr offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

Where a conflict exists between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 39pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Claimed bonuses remain subject to the wagering requirements in place at the time of claiming.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the associated account.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, and only eligible games contribute to wagering progress. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 39pkr platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, Andar Bahar, Fishing Disco, and sports betting markets — are subject to the rules of the respective game as published on the platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by 39pkr or any third party.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player after acceptance.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the completion of a game round, 39pkr reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wager amount to the player's balance.
• Sports and cricket betting markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each event. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the sportsbook rules, 39pkr's settlement procedures will apply as published.
• 39pkr reserves the right to withhold payment and void any winnings where there is reasonable evidence of cheating, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of irregular gaming activity.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39pkr platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
3. Using the platform while under the age of 21.
4. Using funds derived from unlawful activity to fund a 39pkr account.
5. Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the platform.
6. Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted software, or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
7. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be recouped from your balance.
8. Colluding with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
9. Charging back, disputing, or reversing a deposit made to 39pkr through your payment provider.
10. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 39pkr staff or other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

39pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt a break.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which login will be disabled.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 39pkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 39pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 39pkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 39pkr.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the 39pkr platform is strictly prohibited.
• Framing or embedding any portion of the 39pkr platform in another website or application without written authorisation is forbidden.
• Any unauthorised use of 39pkr's intellectual property will result in immediate legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39pkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own gaming decisions or wagering activity.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any game or service offered on it.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Loss of data or technical failures beyond 39pkr's reasonable control.

The 39pkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

13 Termination & Account Closure

39pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 39pkr by the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon account closure for a terms breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to KYC being completed.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 39pkr's customer support team. All outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 39pkr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to 39pkr's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, contact 39pkr customer support in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed description of your complaint. 39pkr will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 39pkr's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available upon request. The decisions of such bodies are binding on 39pkr.

15 Amendments to These Terms

39pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 39pkr platform following the posting of any amended terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
